主讲人简介：
Natalie Wood is Senior Vice President of Programs with Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston which provides multiple services to more than 85,000 people annually. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and extensive training in trauma informed care, neuropsychology and disaster response services. Ms Wood has more than 20 years experience in trauma informed care practices, poverty alleviation programs, disaster response servicesandperformance improvement.Sheprovides personalized trainings, workshops and conference presentations and served as a member of The Council on Accreditation’s Performance Quality Improvement Standard Development Task Force.

This presentation will address the role of self and non-verbal behaviors in clinical social work. Case examples will be provided to help attendees understand the relationship between self and non-verbal behaviors when working with clients in a clinical setting.
